I am warm, positive, and empathetic. I am laidback, but intentional. I hope to learn from our time together. I am eager to help you make the changes you need to live a healthy, empowered life of purpose, with direction and authenticity.

I provide therapy in-person in the Dallas - Farmers Branch - Addison area, and also meet with clients online via Telehealth in Texas and California.
